Welcome to Yakidi ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

3. AdMob Ads

3.1 Third-Party Ads The App uses AdMob by Google to serve ads. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of your information by AdMob in accordance with its privacy policy, which can be found at AdMob's Privacy Policy.

3.2 Ad Personalization AdMob may use your information to serve personalized ads based on your interests and usage patterns. You can opt-out of personalized ads by adjusting your device settings or through AdMob’s opt-out mechanism.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to us. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the App.

4.2 Restrictions You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Warranties The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6.2 Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our App by any third party; (iv) any errors or omissions in any content; and (v) any other matter relating to the App.
